New version of Balanced Scorecard Designer

The new version of Balanced Scorecard Designer was released, one of the major improvement is ability to use SQL Indicators, e.g. indicators that can take data from some database.

For productivity area, this means that it is possible to access some key productivity values from business database and use these values in scorecard.

For instance, it is possible to query for average time to answer user’s request or average time needed for some document to be processed. There are also some new features make integration of BSC Designer with other tools very easy to do.
